Boston Market had six weeks to redesign and launch their site. The Holiday season accounts for the largest volume of their annual sales and was quickly approaching. During the RFP process, I was chosen over several full agencies because of cost, ease of coordination, and speed.
Responsibilities: Wireframes, UX/UI, design, front end code, integration with geo data services and online ordering systems.
Highlight: By moving the online ordering from its own page and condensing it to a dropdown in the main nav, I reduced the ordering process by two clicks and made it available from any screen. This increased onlines sales by 12% for the Holiday Season with a more than $10 mil increase over the previous year.
